I think it's very unfair for him to not give that up for us and our future. I am more than willing to trade my car in, but I don't want to do it without him giving his share. I don't want to wait until his boat and my car are paid off, we're not getting any younger. I just feel like that boat is worth more to him than getting married to me and that really hurts. What would you guys do in this situation???

A man's spouse or potential spouse should be first-priority. A boat is just an object, but a woman is a commitment and a fulfillment of life. If he doesn't see that, he's not worth your trouble.

Tough one.Talk to him.Set an ultimatum.Tell him is either ring on a finger or I'm gone. Obviously, it bothers you that much.
