Depends. If they couldn't afford to pay a fair and equitable and legal wage because their competitors were underpaying illegal immigrants and undercutting their prices, then sure, I would feel sorry for them.
Is this happening in the construction and landscaping businesses? There are a lot of illegals in those businesses.
