It's the judgmentalism, the feeling of superiority, the lack of knowledge about science, and the intolerance toward other beliefs. That's why a lot of them come across as irritating. It has nothing to do with "not belonging to the world."

WAY TO GO! good quote. They call attacked Christians persecuted or sometimes martyrs. I love this verse. It's really important. My other favorite one (that i actaully have tattooed on me) is Mark 16:15 "Jesus said to them, 'Go into all the world and preach the good news to all of creation.'" God called us to be IN the world not OF the world.

I am a Christian and I don't feel attacked.This attacking Christians situation is a fantasy that exists only on this stupid website. People attack what they fear and don't understand.I really think they are pathetic,but I don't feel sorry enough for them to give a damn about them.You also have to consider the source,since the majority of people on this site are really just a bunch of morons who cut school today and have nothing better to do.

Neither the world nor I hate Christians. I do dislike the fanatics of all religions. There are several Christians on here that I respect very much.

OH WOW!!!
I JUST POSTED a question about this SAME thing!
Christians are persecuted constantly as you so blatently made very visible here!
God used you just now to confirm my feelings of persecution and reassure me that His love for me is great, He walks with me and holds me close to Him, that I am his precious child and that He knows my heart and sees into my soul and knows my every need and thought.
You, even though you were attempting to poke fun of Christians, were used as God's tool of reaching out to me.
That is incredible.

I don't feel attacked because I am getting stronger thru demonic persecutions. Thank you for the words of encouragement.
