I suggest a lawyer.... That is the only concern. He may recomend a restraining order and possibly a suit after for slander if your so inclined, but get a lawyer. Harassment is a grey area and the laws are just a grey. They are best able to answer you

Speaking from experience, counter-sue. Claim harrassment and defamation of character.
I had a woman do this to me when she got fired. I'm a joker. I say and sometimes do this to get people to relax. But nothing that can be construed as harrassment. When she found out, she promptly dropped the charges against me.

Just because the judge believed that the case could go forward doesn't mean that he sided with her. But it does mean that you have to get a lawyer and that's going to cost.... both of you.... a lot.

It's a little late to be deciding what to do. This is something best directed at the attorney that you should have had on your side.

What do you mean "the judge sided with her". She came in with proof of your harassment? Judges don't "side" with people they "side" with the evidence.

If its a restraining order you better follow through and not go near her or you will be jailed no matter what. You only make it worst when you overreact. I suggest you avoid her and hopefully it will go away.
