I have quite a few atheist friends, and I don't torment them with questions. They have the right to believe (or disbelieve) whatever they like. In fact, it's more often the other way around...they're the ones who are usually asking the questions. But none of us are afraid of questions, since they help create good dialogue.

When you ask if Christians ask atheist questions, do you mean questions like,"Is there really a God?" and other things like that?
I don't believe it's because we want to be atheists, 'deep inside,' but it's because Christians believe what they cannot see. It is what is called a 'blind faith.' I know this example is often used a lot, but can people see the wind? No, but they can feel it. It is the same way with God. I cannot see Him, but I feel and am assured that He is there.
I think Christians sometimes ask questions like that because to tell you the truth, it IS hard to believe in something that is intangible, like God... I don't know though, I'm not really an expert in religious matters. But it does interest me greatly.

Well this is a question board and I suppose it's the place to hopefully have open discussion. It works both ways though. I hear allot of the opposite as well. It can be good place for frank discussion as long were were just not trying to antagonize each other.

well, there are two types of thoughs people.
the type that ask us to tell us we are wrong, that we are idiots, oh yea and the one that gets me we are going to hell (we dont belive in a hell)
the type that actually has a half decent question, aka very few people
the first are bigoted idiots who think that there is proof to their side, who think that they cannot be wrong. there are some who are not like this, but for that i would just say that they are jerks. some have not come to the conclusion that their is no proof either way, but i will not lay a blanket statment and say that this applies to all of them.

We want to see their point of view. What cauise them to not believe that there really is a creator out there. A real and true loving God? A God who loves us more than anything?
