i suggest red-hot pokers and a good set of thumbscrews! :)

ok, seriously? keep your mouth shut. that is a good place to start.
live your life in such a way that your love for your colleagues is apparent to all. it is how we treat people that determines whether or not we love them.

"everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry." james 1:19

we love people with our actions; the heart takes its cues from how we choose to treat people.

1) Don't use work time.
2) Pray, pray, pray that God will open up doors for the Gospel, and wisdom for yourself to recognize when.
3) Familiarize yourself with answers to skeptic questions, for your own good and theirs. (Answers to Tough Questions Skeptics Ask about Christianity, by Josh McDowell, and Evidence that Demands a Verdict, by the same author). There are valid answers to these questions.
4) Be very kind, patient, and loving. No one likes to feel like he is an evangelism "project".
5) Remember that if you have shared the Gospel in the power of the Holy Spirit, you have been successful - saving people is God's work.
6) Develop your personal testimony - before, when and after you came to Christ.
7) Have down at least one method to share the Gospel. It could be the 4 Spiritual Laws, Steps to Peace with God, Bridge to Life, the Bridge Illustration, the Roman Road, etc. Memorize verses that you'll use in your Gospel presentation.

Yeah, dont.
I am an atheist. I f I had a coworker that constantly tried to convert me to their religion, it would just really irritate me to no end. I would eventually have to go to the boss or some type of manager to get you to stop. It is not your place to tell others what to believe or not believe. I would do what i could to remove this person from either my area or their job altogether. Legal recourse against the company and person would not be ruled out. If people ask then, fine tell them. But you shouldnt just start preaching if they dont want to listen.
Im not trying to be mean or hateful in any way, with this answer. You asked for opinions and this is mine.

Be yourself. Don't 'push', but set the example. Just live the Christian lifestyle and love those individuals just the way they are. Jesus does. Respond when asked, contribute to conversations, but don't over-push or talk down to anyone. Do NOT portray a 'holier than thou' attitude. Remember Jesus wants everyone to come to salvation even more than you do. After all, He is the one who died for them. Soon they will start coming to you with prayer requests, not swearing in front of you, etc. And they will know you are Christian by your love...

You will be in so much trouble. They are there to earn a living and work, not to have their life style changed or their convictions challenged. Because then the Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, Catholics, Hare Krishnas, Jehovahs Witnesses, Sikhs, Mormons and Extraterrestrials would be allowed to try and 'save' everyone as well, including you. So then would the work get done? You were hired to do a job, not to preach or convert. Doing so means you are stepping outside of the employment agreement and you CAN be fired.

They probably wouldn't want to hear it.

But if you'd like, you could ask some of them if they would be interested in hearing anything about what you have to say, if they say no, leave them alone. Don't put up posters or distribute flyers.

Most non-christians are that way because they chose too, and don't intend on hearing something they have denounced.

Yep , Dont evangelize! It's the surest, fastest way to chase a person off. It's work honey, not a church. People don't want to be harrased. If you are intent on "spreading the word" - then wait for someone to approach you and be open to their questions. Otherwise you may find yourself dismissed from your job for harrasment.

Be a doer of the word. No one likes the gospel shoved down their throats. Be kind, compassionate, helpful. Show them the love of God. If they ask what you're doing this weekend, talk about your church. Or your bible study. But be subtle; don't force the subject. This is the proper way to show respect for others and yet also spread the joy of knowing Jesus.

Be polite, and go away when they ask you to. You may feel the need to spread the word, but respect the fact that they might think it's a load of tripe.

present your views in conversations. be ready to give examples and reasons for your views. be accepting of ridicule and sarcasm. don't poke holes in other's opinions. rather try to encompass their position into god's plan. don't give an end all answer like "that's just the way it is" or "god said so". you have nothing to prove. if they want to know more, they will seek you out. it is not a mission. it is who you are. your actions will speak louder than any of your words. remember that you are falible, but god is love.
