Which one of these do you think are more cruel and unusual and which do you think is right for the death penalty?

i think they are all right for the death penalty because they all cause death, which is the whole purpose. as far as the best ones gas electroctuion because of the pain involved.

They are all cruel and unusual. I don't believe in the death penalty. If our government can kill Subject A because Subject A killed Subject B, then are we allowed to kill those in the goverment who killed Subject A? It's the same thing. You can justify killing someone, but that doesn't make it right. And eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind.

I like electrocution - it gives a good visual and example of what will happen if you break the law and get the death penalty.
We need to have some incentive for people to behave themselves in our society !

Lethal injection is most humane. But the murderers who should get them never cared about the humanity of what they were doing so why should we?

gas chamber or hanging ...they are slow and painful
