Ok, I wont go into the gaggle of details here...but if you have a guy that says you are more than "friends with benefits" but not gf/bf...and the following is occuring..is he just messing with me?

*He gets jealous that his friends text me
*He has intro'd me to the sister
*We talk to eachother constantly, in one form or another
*He took me to his company picnic

The reason i ask is this: This weekend he asked me IF he were to ask...would i say yes to being a couple. I said yes, of course. But does he ask..no. After a small spat last night he asks again..would you still say yes? I say yes again. Ok, why would he do that but then not ask me...is he just toying with me or is he that confused?

He wants to get you to a point where you'll always say "yes." Guys are always insecure when it comes to the question: "Does she like me and want to be with me?" It's very hard for us to believe it when you DO say "yes" because most guys have been in that situation where the girl has said something but not necessarily meant it. So he's afraid if he DOES ask you, then you will either say "no," or you will say "yes" and then realize it's not what you want and break up with him. If you want to be with him, it never asks to take charge and have yourself ask HIM to be your boyfriend. And you don't even have to do the actual action; just casually be like: "So, when were you planning on asking me to be your girlfriend? because I'm still waiting," or something cute and teasing like that. You gotta make sure you look happy when you do it though, because if you make it look like a serious question, he'll get scared.

He's messing w/ your emotions. Don't let him do that to you. Either he should make the relationship official or leave you alone. Nobody has the right to lead someone on like that. You should tell him its now or never. You can't be caught in the middle of this any longer. He's wasting your time. You have a life to live for yourself, not for him.

any answer you get here will be based on pure speculation. who knows, girl? only he does. maybe in his mind he already did, but the only way to know for sure is to get it straight from the horse's mouth.

He doesn't know what he wants. If you do and he's not ready, then move on.
