OK the question isnt complete - surely you mean Heinz tomato ketchup or HP sauce. Which is a no brainer anyway - HP sauce all the time. And the saussies have got to be from the butchers - definatly not Walls or Tescos.

I'm not aware of brown sauce. Could you be talking about Au Jus, the sauce that comes with Italian beef?
