I'm going to assume that you are asking a real question. So, the bible says that even the devil believes there is a God but that doesn't mean that you "embrace" God. Only those who "receive" Him actually is considered a child of God. John 1:12.

No. I think that there are Christians who don't know who God is, since their lives don't reflect the change that salvation is to bring. I believe that there are preachers and missionaries who teach about God, but don't really believe. If you're interested, Matthew 7: 21-23
