When I was pregnant, we moved to a different state where we were living on the third floor in a one room apartment. I had dreams where someone would break in and shot both my husband and baby in the head, and left me there screaming my @ss of. I had about twenty of those. Also were my child was born still born, or were it was around two years old and drowned in the creek behind a house. The list goes on and on and on. I must have woke up crying about 5 times a week. They were scary as hell.

You could be having a low blood sugar episode during the night. Have they ordered your glucose tolerance test yet? Ask for a 6-hour, to rule out low blood sugar. www.hufa.org has some info.

Low blood sugar episodes are also what gives pregnant women morning sickness. Eat a small snack before going to bed consisting of protein (meat, fish or vegetable protein) a bit of good fat, like almonds, and some water. This may level your blood sugar out, making it unnecessary for your body to try to wake you up by throwing out a nightmare.
