Possibly, you have an allergic reaction to one or more ingredients within the lager! Have you tried an organic lager without all the artificial crap they put in the mass produced stuff?

For one of two reasons
Firstly the alcohol essense evaporates and enters your nasal membrane causing agitation of the disyphorus leading to you sneezing
or
someones got hold of your penal helmit and given it a dunking in sulphuric acid whilst u weren't lookin.

Probably the same reason i get the sneezes when i clean my ears!

i think it's probably to do with all the gas in lager it probably comes up your nose and tickles the hairs making you sneeze.
