The usual - fresh fruit and veg, grilled fish, lean meats, etc.

My favourite is grilled fish with herbs sprinked on top with baby new potatoes, runner beans and tomatoes - mmmmm. Followed by a fresh fruit salad in meringue next topped with a spponful of low fat vanilla yoghurt.

Many supermarkets mark some of their foods as being low fat, however the thing to check is the amount of saturated fat - no more than 3g is best.

I'm a vegetable lover, so I would have to say any raw vegetable, or any veggie lightly steamed, then tossed in a little olive oil and garlic. Very tasty that way, and very low on fat.
