have your hair roughly shoulder length and get it layered with some highlights and then either get your hands on some curling tongs or hair curlers.

Your young get ome funky clip in coloured extensions do angel curls with ghd st8ners this looks really cool any good salon can do this

Set it in Hot Rollers. From there you can do so much with it. Even a simple ponytail looks pretty with the curls.
