Sometimes these things can be easily polished away by the dentist. If not, they are easy to cover up with some bonding material.

My best friend had that in high school and it drove her INSANE! I didn't think it was that big of a deal, but she went to the dentist and they did molds of her upper teeth. They made those clear plastic retainer thingies and gave her some kind of gel she had to put in it and sleep with every night. The spots eventually went away. I think it was some type of calcium defficiency or something. Try asking your dentist what you can do.

Sometimes this happens when you bleach your teeth too much. You should stop bleaching for awhile - it will probably go away on its own. Another possible reason is that you have bleached so much that you have actually stripped the enamel from your teeth.

Your dentist can tell you for certain .. but I have seen that before and it is usually caused by certain prescription medications .. I don't know the names of the meds.. but they can cause that to happen on the teeth. Especially, if you are taking the medication over a long period of time. Good Luck ! :)

Take a scalpel, and gently rub the blade against your teeth until the marks are removed.

it could be you're grinding and clenching your teeth at night when you don't realize it. talk to your dentist about a bite splint.
