I would think long and hard before I gave up a relationship that I have put nine years into. Only you knows why both of you are frustrated and angry with the other one. Are your concerns too much to overcome? Maybe you and your partner need to sit down and talk out your issues. If talking doesn't help and you cannot honestly see things ever getting better then I think it is time to move on. Good Luck!

Frustrated and angry how? This really depends on the situation in my opinion. If you have been frustrated and angry with each other for a long period of time during this relationship and have tried to remedy the situation then maybe it would be better to move on.
If this is something that you both are just going through recently then maybe it's just a bump in the road and it can be worked through with time. If you haven't already tried, then try to talk it out and see if maybe there is something that can be resolved first. If you've tried talking and that gets you no where then try to step back and give it some space. Sometimes all people need is a little space from the anger and frustration to cure it.

That is something that the parties involved in must decide. However, a little time away from each other will help put things in persective. If you have done this and the relationship is still not working, you may want to consider a break - but keep in touch. After 9 years, you have a relationship that can be just thrown away. And chances are, the seperation will bring you back together.

Your happiness should be the most important thing to you. If you're unhappy, only you have the power to change that. The amount of years has nothing to do with whether or not you should stay with him. If you just have irreconsilable differences, it's time to move on. I know it's gonna be hard and you might miss one another, but have you considered marriage counseling, or being seperated for a while? Sometimes, you learn things about people years after you've known them and you find those things weren't portrayed in the beginning...it tends to make you feel lied to or betrayed - since the beginning.

I wouldn't rush into anything... if you are going to end a relationship (no matter how long it has been) you should do it with a level head, not in the middle of a fight. Really think about all the consequences. Do you really want to live your life without that person? That is not a decision that you should make when you are angry.

If you have exhausted everything else the amount of time you have been together is unimportant. Things (even relationships) have a beginning and an ending in one way or another. If you can have a peaceful parting now before it gets too ugly both would be better for it.
Have you tried counseling?

You haven't said if you're married, living together or what. You don't necessarily have to end the relationship. I'd seek therapy if you love each other in spite of the anger. Can you remember why you fell in love with each other? Are you ever friends? It is normal to go through periods of time when you really wonder why you are together.

Yes, definitely do so. If you have not gotten married by now, then that is a definite sign that the two of you are just not comfortable with each other and never will. It is time to move on and find the one you've always been looking for...one that will love you and treat you right...go for it!

9years is a long time, by now, you should be one instead of two.. you should understand each other inside and out,, but if that is the case, there is a thing call "move on".. It means you not the right pair, remember in Noah's Ark, we all come in two, male and female but a pair,,, Like a matching pair of shoes, one right and one left, that is exactly how the two of you should be like, your pair of shoes that always goes together, and if that is not the case, it is good if you did try, other than that , find the right pair for you..maybe you are a slipper not a snicker:)

well are you meeting new people and like the fun of that? Are you constantly feeling trapped and suffocated? Are you a doormat? If you answered yes to any of this I am afraid it is time to move on, life is too short to not see if the grass is greener somewhere else, and who says you have to be with someone to fulfill your cup! All the women who are independent throw your hands up at me!! Yep and kicking loneliness' ***! good luck and big hugs
