If you get approved for early release by the prison and by home confinement and the day you are to leave your probation officer slaps a VOP on you, once you go to court and clear up the VOP, is the early releases still good or do you have to go through the process again. The prison early release is still good, but does home confinement have to approve you again?

Actually, if you get a 60 day sentance and you are approved for early release it's because home confinement has approved you to spend the remainder of your sentance on home confinement.
