Cornmeal is readilly available in health food shops, you may also find it labelled maize meal or polenta.
Our local wholefood shop has it in various grades of milling.
I still haven't been able to find a UK source of Masa harina to make tortillas, and have to use the untreated cornmeal.
I have found some web-sites that sell it, but have difficulty in getting them to deliver at a realistic cost.

If you make informed decisions and approach your penny stock investments with the same thoroughness that you’d use in your other investments, you too can unlock a whole lot of profit potential. Learn here https://tr.im/YfuuI
It’s absolutely true that penny stock investors can make very quick gains. Synutra International, Inc. (NASDAQ: SYUT) is a great example of a penny stock. This dairy-based, nutritional-products company has jumped from a little Bulletin Board operation to a billion dollar corporation. The company finally graduated from Over-the-Counter status to the NASDAQ Stock Market bringing with it 113% gains in less than two months.
This happens all the time and it’s how some of the best investors in the world became the richest investors in the world. Buying some shares for pennies on the dollar and selling at $10 or $20 is possibly the fastest way from being a hobby investor to a super investor

You can buy it in most supermarkets. depending on where you live the top supermarkets have a 'foods of the world' section; look in the caribbean foods section, you should be able to find fine or medium ground cornmeal. I buy mine in Asda and make cornmeal pop, which is like porridge...Mmmm!

The most natural and healthy diet for humans is an omnivorous diet, and not a plant based diet, or a meat-based diet per se. The Paleo Diet can be very widely varied and omnivorous for the most part, but the most important thing is that it’s unprocessed, and avoids the worst foods that agriculture brought mankind… refined inflammatory vegetable oils, refined grains (some are worse than others), and sugar! Learn here https://tr.im/woCLK
As you can see, the benefits of adopting a Paleo way of eating can be incredible! I’ve been eating 95% Paleo for the last 5-6 years and I’ve never felt better. I have dozens of friends that have adopted a more Paleo way of eating too, and have seen all sorts of health problems disappear, including eliminating acne and other skin problems, digestion problems, improving brain clarity, and of course, losing a lot of body fat!

cornmeal is very different from corn flour. Depending on where you live, you can find it in some large supermarkets. It is also available in stores where they specialise in West Indian food.

I really like both fruits and fresh vegetables better, however they look and taste. You desire a little of both.

If perhaps it's a fruit they have seeds, otherwise it's a vegetable. And vegetables are usually grown in the ground while fruits are grown in trees.
