You obviously have reasons for asking this.
I love to talk about my relationship with my dad. I am UK. He was the greatest. But you seem to have issues with your dad.
If any of us can help....then you need to be a bit more specific. You are Asian, right? That is a bit different, because you have a different culture.......patriarchal......which means dad is in charge and the kids get no choice.
I can't sit in judgment.......

If I hated all people, it may well be him. He abused my mom and had yet another daughter 2 months after i grow to be born. He grow to be a have confidence fund new child, yet in 19 years of my life he gave possibly $2 hundred and vanished whilst i grow to be 5, which left my mom to artwork 2 finished time jobs to assist me. We have been residing in shitty gang neighborhoods the place our properties have been broken into the different week... i ought to proceed, yet he's easily not worth remembering... nevertheless, i don't hate him. i've got discovered powerful classes via fact of him.

Why would I hate my dad? If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be here, which in turn my kids wouldn't be here.
He did everything in his power to protect me, and he loves me unconditionally, without question.
When I was two, he pulled me from a fire, with no hesitation.
Not even to mention the fact that he threw out my mom's birth control pills cuz he wanted another one so badly, (which was me).
So the running joke in my family is that I was concieved accidentally on purpose.

i don't hate him but i certainly don't like him and its hard to talk to my dad about anything but that's cus he is a bad guy and he doesnt want to be a part of my life
fi i had a nice dad that cared about me i would talk to him about everything i would be nice

I no longer hate him but I did for along time. He abused me my whole life. I have finally come to terms with it and our relationship is ok. I felt better about myself once I forgave.
