Whew. I feel for you.

Validate your feelings by allowing yourself to grieve or regret. It's human nature. Keep yourself busy with activities you enjoy. Stay connected to your friends and family because they can be a valuable support system.

Good luck

unfortunately you kind of have to deal with the fact that even though you do not feel good about it now what has been done is done. The feeling well get better as time goes on. the best thing you can do is try not to make the same mistake twice and to thoroughly think things through before doing them in the future. Everyone makes mistakes and you are just human. We all make poor choices once in awhile but it doesnt make us all bad people either. Dont be too hard on yourself. At least you came to the revolation that what you did probably was not a wise choice.

Need more info, but usually its up to you to fix your mistakes, no matter how hard it is. If you did something out of good intentions and it turns bad, sometimes these types of things are inevitable and just need a lot of explaining.
