I work at a youth centre and one of my duties is to cook bannock for 12 to 15 people. I looked through the internet but was not satisfied with the results. I would prefer oven baked or fried. So if anybody out there knows I sure will appreciate it...thanks!

You want to quadruple this recipe!


3 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. suger
1 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
1 c. milk

mix all ingredients,form into 1/2 cup size rolls for baking or rings for frying.to bake set oven to 350 bake 20 min till golden brown.to fry use frypan with i in. oil fry till golden brown turn and fry other side drain and serve hot. enjoy
