They'll test your plasma for HIV. I worked at a plasma donation place in the mid-80s and they had started testing already back then - we had to heat-seal a sample out of the line and it was tested before the units were shipped. Any positives were pulled and destroyed. There weren't many.
Get a new test if you're worried, but it doesn't sound like you have anything to worry about. And don't pay attention to the mental lame and lazy on here calling you names or being a**holes. You're upfront about asking the question. Good for you.

Believe me, the public is not at risk by your plasma. But it is at risk on your understanding of blow jobs. The fact that you're asking this question tells me you are carrying some guilt about that homo act of 11 years ago. You need to let that go. First of all, no virus can hang around that long without knowing it's there. Second, you can't spread AIDs by receiving oral sex.

If it was only once back in 1995 .. and it was oral only .. then there is almost 99.999% chance that you will not give anyone anything. Good Luck ! :)
