I think it depends on personal experience. Personally, I've known several Taylors that are girls, and no boys named that.

I think of it as a boys name but I love it when girls are named taylor.

both. But I prefer it as a girls name, since I named my daughter Taylor. But I would have named her that if she was a boy too!

My sister's name is Taylor, so I think of it as a girl's name. Before she was born I always thought of it was a boy's name.

I have a neice Taylor Brooke, so I think of it as a girls name first. But I know Taylor's of both genders.
