That's extremely dangerous. You're asking for a heart attack and/or stroke.

Anything that you take has a potential for addiction. Some products only cause psychological addiction(you think you have to have it) and some cause physical addiction. Caffeine is a drug it is a stimulant. just like any drug you build up a tolerance to the drug and you need more and more to produce the same effects. Caffeine withdrawal will cause a right smart headache for about 3 days; just take ibuprofen for the headaches. Diet pills are no exception. Many a person has been addicted to diet pills. Stimulants like caffeine constrict blood vessels and increase blood pressure. Caffeine also leaches calcium out of bones making you prone to osteopenia(thinning of the bones) and eventually osteoporosis(broken hip type of bone loss).

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Caffeine is extremely addictive in any form, even in diet soda. And just because a box says caffeine doesn't mean that's the only thing in it.

yes. it is very easy. but a caffiene addiction is easier to kick.. withdraws are mainly just headaches, fatigue, and crankiness. i deal w/ this alot.. i'll go cold turkey off of mtn dew and rockstar for months, then i'll have a weekend where i drink a lot of it, (it's my liquor.. since i don't drink) and after that weekend, i'll have to detox off the dew. drinking a lot of water and eating fresh foods helps. also, taking vitamins is great. actually, i used diet pills w/ caffiene and ephedra, and had to deal w/ detox off of those.. just be careful, you don't want to overdo it on diet pills, and you really do have to change your diet and exercise as well to have LASTING results... good luck!

Yes, I developed a very bad habit during college. You're so used to being so "high" and hyper that if you're without it, you just feel so sluggish and lazy. They are very dangerous so please stay away from them.
