my bf has a career and thus can afford to take me out to nice places all the time which he enjoys doing. i am in school thus poor and want to do some fun things for him outside of the bedroom. what do you suggest?

Picnic in a park or by a marina is nice! Walk around the downtown and maybe have a cup of coffee together? Do some window shopping about things either of you would like (don't buy, but think about birthdays and holidays!) Check out the papers for street fairs or chef's markets or any kind of free entertainment.
How about a simple meal at your place with candles, and a movie? Put a blanket and some pillows on the floor and turn down the lights.

Indoor picnics are the best. Here's what you do: fix all of his favorite picnic meals, get a container of strawberries. Dip them in the Magic Shell ice cream topping and place them in the refrigerator to harden and if he has a favorite fruit dip that in chocolate too(everything is better dipped in chocolate LOL). Spread a blanket on the floor in the living room with pillows and just enjoy each other's presence. Maybe get HIS favorite movie and you actually sit and watch it no matter how much blood and shooting it involves. (LOL) and enjoy the night. My husband and I do it all the time. But we take turns on the movie thing of course. (smile)

My boyfriend and I like picnics. They are romantic and fun. Get a cheap bottle of wine (That tastes good), some cheese, fruit, and crackers. Sports, too! What guys doesn't like going to a game or set up a date to watch a football game at home with pizza or something.

go on a picnic, or to the zoo. there's lots of fun stuff out there that costs little, check out the internet for things to do in your town. You never know what you might find.
