Let the meal plan be healthy to lose weight and I want to eat enough not be full in my stomach. Because I don't want to gain weight everytime I eat a hearty meal 1 or 2 meals a day and lay down plus I don't want to eat big meal everyday and feel bloated, and then my stomach start hurting.

You have to creat that same menu that you are talking about all by yourself. Only you know what you like. First of all you need to eliminate fats out of your/any diet. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables and drink lots of water. Learn how to read the nutritional values of the food you are eating, portion control and fat free or light products its the key to lose weight and some exercise as well. Good luck .
