No. Look at it's paws. If they are big in proportion to your cat, he'll be big when he's full grown.

Not at all. Just like with people, the size of the tail is set by the kitten's genetics, and unless you know its sire--presuming you know the mother--you cannot really make accurate guesses as to the probable relevance of any of its body parts to its eventual mature size. Some cats have big feet and some don't, but a good guess could be had by looking at its mother. Though not invariably, typically kittens tend to follow the parent of their like gender. That is, the females will be more like Mom, and the males more like their fathers. As with all life, however, this is just a rule of thumb and is nowhere chiseled in stone.
