Please go bother other people in other categories with your false questions. Genealogists have great senses of humor, but it runs more to having names like "Pete" in the moss family. Your Q are just stupid:

1) faithfull wife?
i am 6 weeks married. when we have sex my wife keeps calling me "tiny" and "wee man" she can't mean me as i'm 6' 2". could she be having an affair with a man who is shorter than me???

2) i'm in love?
i've been dating this lovely girl for 6 weeks now. her name is roberta (my friends call her bob for short) anyway after a few beers in the pub she always goes into the gents toilets. i'm too embarrased to tell her it's the wrong one. also we have been taking things slow but she said i could get lucky this weekend. should i ask her to marry me before we have sex or after?

Fewer people bit on this Q than did on your others in other categories. Try Singles & Dating; it is full of people who fancy themselves wits. They are half right.

I thought the Census was taken every 10 years beginning with 1790. I think the correct date is 1850 (U.S. Census, right?)

Perhaps being on the 1851 Census (and not the 1850 Census) is the reason your ancestors were on the list.

Skip the idea of suing the descendants. Not worth the time, money, etc. to do the investigation.

are you able to upload what state or county census checklist you're staring at? Or a minimum of a %of greater handwriting samples. 1851 does no longer be a US Federal Census so i will't tell what census you're staring at. whilst i detect handwriting perplexing to envision, i will frequently learn it to different writing on the internet site and at last determine it out. yet your photograph is an remoted reproduction of merely the two words, no longer adequate to decipher the writing. yet another source may be the loss of life checklist which on occasion teach an profession.

No, you can't sue anybody. I think 'idiot' was a valid category back then. But it didn't mean what it means today. It may have referred to 'uneducated'. You might do some research on that.

Somebody should sue your ancestors for being pro-life.
