She and I are still close, and I've asked her what she wants. She's already said she doesn't want jewelry or anything like that. I'm on kinda a tight budget, can only spend $30. Anybody got any ideas?

You should know her pretty well. What about a couple of books you think she'd like or a CD? Or a nice pair of gloves, if you live somewhere that's starting to get cool.
