All my friends have children. I don't. last night, I was visiting them & the kids had to go to bed. I had an urge to tuck them in and pat their backs until they fell asleep. I felt so happy & they went right to sleep. Anytime they needed something, I would rush to their aid. It feels like I am a mother that has no children. Am I just weird?

Nope not at all. I think you have a large maternal instinct, and there is nothing weird about that. Children are a great thing, and you will have your own when the time comes, and I will bet with your already forming instincts you will be a wonderful mother!

Good Luck to you and I hope this helps!

Phew! I thought you were I guy, I was about to report you. Yes, you are a mother with no kids. You should volunteer for some kidcare related activity. Seriously, you should. That will allow you to define whether you like kids or you just like them for every now and then

Perhaps you secretly want children. I've been married a year now and we don't have kids - because I don't want any. I won't even hold babies. I like to stay as far away from kids as possible.
