I had a certain creditor on my credit report for an apartment complex but the apartment complex is filing bankrupcty. Will the apartment complex stay on my credit report or will it be taken off since they filed bankruptcy?

It isn't on my credit report now because I just got a copy of my report but I have gotten collection letters from a collection agency before.

it might come off. you will have to dispute the trade line with the credit bureaus and hopefully no one will reply and it will come off your reports.
