I started my diet today.
I did the tredmill for 61 min. Did 4.25miles on it, at 4.2miles per hour.

No, just stay as you are. Who says 100lb is the ideal weight for 5ft? This all depends on your frame size and muscle mass, 100lb may not be that ideal at all. Lets imagine your muscle and bones weigh 90lb and you have 10lb of fat, that is only 10% body fat and that is very skinny, any less and you wouldn't be able to survive. So you have to take this into account. Exercising is fine to tone up, but weight loss probably isn't necessary. HTH : )

I'm 5'0 and also weigh 109-as far as I know that is our ideal weight. I've got a small frame but a D-cup. Are you sure that 100lbs isn't too small? If not, good luck.

replace one meal per day with water. Drink no flavored or sweetened beverages. Reduce your total sodium intake as much as possible, continue to sweat. Do not under any circumstances consume less than 1 gallon of water per day. Continue to eat high vitamin low carb meals. (veggies and fruit) Consume as much fiber as you can, and eat nothing artificial or white.

If you want to lose water and muscle you're on the right track!
But if you want to lose fat keep in mind that you can only burn two and a half pounds of fat a week.
