I don't know about any herbs but protein works. If you just have to have sweets, eat the ones with Splenda or some other sugar substitutes in them. If you cut out sweets all together, you're most likely to binge on them. The sugar free Nestle turtles and Almond Roca are awesome! You can't taste the difference. Don't eat too many though, it will have you in the bathroom pooping.

i've never heard of an herb to help you control sweet cravings. I do know that if you suffer through detoxing your body of all sweets...sugar in any form or fashion, that you will be less likely to eat sweets and lose weight easier.

Not sure about an herb, but you can get glucose tablets at the drugstore; they'll keep your blood sugar balanced so that there's no biological craving, but perhaps there will still be habitual craving.

If you are craving sweets, it means that there is something significantly lacking in your diet. Take notice-next time you really crave MacDonalds or anything else really bad for you, it probably happened after you have skipped a meal or have restricted your diet in an unhealthy way...ahem Atkins.
