sealing here is refered to the general baned/sealed unathorized construted buildings.......
then another case is where universities put dress code for the students....
so sealing in genral is refered to a restriction that is put due to voilation of code of conducts.......

this is not the homework help section, it is the homeschool section. Now even though you may be a homeschool student, you still do not come to this forum to ask all your questions. You are supposed to place your questions in categories according to what you are asking and not according to who you are.
For example, I, a homeschool mom, would not post a question in homeschooling about gardening. I, a homeschool mom, would go to gardening to ask about gardening. I would come to the homeschooling section to ask questions about homeschooling.
Now, if you are a public schooled student or a private schooled student, then you just need to go down one section.

First of all, I think you need a great deal of help in spelling, and English grammar. Your question is incoherent. If you are being home schooled, the instructor who is responsible for you needs to help you with writing so others could answer your question properly and meaningfully. Go to your instructor in charge, or your parents and ask for help in rewriting your question. I, or any certified teacher that has knowledge of your topic would be very glad to answer you. You may want to get on the Education category.
In response to the Home schooling Mom-- you need to be a bit more compassionate towards any and all "students". I don't know of any TEACHERr who would EVER turn down answering an inquisitive child of any age. It seems you feel this is beneath the home schooling sector?
