Hypothetically, a guy likes a girl, and the girl figures this out. She continues to become better friends with the guy because he is not quite sure yet of his feelings for her. Pretty soon the two of you are pretty close, but you would never date him now, so when he asks him out, you break to him nicely how good of friends you have become. WHY DON'T YOU GIVE THE GUY A CHANCE???? This happened to me three times now, and I am so confused why girls don't give that friend a chance. Can't we get to know you before actually "dating" you???

poor you - I can actually feel your frustration coming off the pages in waves!! lol Women are fickle creatures - take what you can get. Find one who's head over heels in love with you & you'll do fine . . .

Maybe it is because you are TOO nice. If you never have an opinion of your own, if you always give in in an argument, and if you never have an idea of your own as to where to go on a date, then some women will think that you are immature & weak, and the attraction isn't there.

It could also be that you are too obvious up front. If you act a little indifferent, then she has to guess if you like her or not. Some women are attracted to a challenge, and a little mystery is always sexy.

I'm the other way around i don't casually date. I usually go for a friend who im building more of a bond with. Maybe you should change your approach. Forget the friend thing, because its not working out for you. Let them know right of the back that you want them by asking them out on a simple date so you can know each other better.

Yes you can and we'd prefer that. However, if the dating chemistry isn't there, we don't want to ruin the friendship. THAT would be unfair.

Don't give up. You sound like you have a good dose of common sense. You just haven't found the right girl. You will, though, when you least expect it.

Good luck

Because REAL dating IS getting to know someone. You passed your date chance when you went into the get to know you as a friend zone.
