Which is a better handgun? A SOCOM or a Glock?

Question

Just trying to see what is the best all around handgun. If you feel there is better please post it.

I have both glocks and hk's and others. If you are looking to spend under 1000 dollars I'd take a glock model. you said you are looking for "all around" so that's why I'd take the glock. they are ultra reliable, reasonably priced, and fairly accurate. The hk only comes in 45 cal I'm pretty sure, and that's alot to handle, especially if your figuriung for accuracy. It holds 12+1, where you can get a few more rounds in a glock.

If you want to spend over 1000, my favorite of all time is my para-ordnance 40 limited, I spent around 2000 all said and done on it, but it is absolutely amazing.

What are these idiots talking about? if a glock was better, US special forces would be using glocks instead of SOCOMs. Good luck finding one, though.

I don't think SOCOM is a brand of gun.
Springfield Armory markets an M1A rifle designated the SOCOM. Normally this type of name refers to a typical model made by someone, be it Springfield, Colt, Beretta, etc.
So not sure what you are asking.
Also, I think SOCOM is also a designation for a type of rifle caliber. So your question makes no sense.
