I believe that God Loves. The ability to love comes with a Soul's advancement. Therefore I also believe that hate equals ignorance.
Because God is the most advanced Soul of all, he is capable of loving most.
You may look up the section on Divine Love in "Rational Spirituality" on the Dhaxem website. You may find it very interesting.

No love can mean a lot of different things. I happen to believe that God is love though.

Well, I have a TON of love for people and I don't believe in god, so no, I don't think love is god.

it's cool to believe that, but it's not cool to assume a non-believer is incapable of love. love is a human emotion, you don't receive a box of love as a gift for attending church or believing in god.

Oh I'd prefer to keep love a real thing.
Love is the identification of someone who embodies and personifies the values you hold dearest.
Sometimes those values are not what you wished you held dearest. Due to the fact they were instilled in you, you didn't go shopping for them.
