2 months ago, she was teeling people about that I was very intimidating and she was scared to come into my office. I made an effort to be nice to her, engage in small talk, etc etc. Now it seems that she's finding excuses to come into my office every day. Today she's been in here 3 times already - playing with her hair and giggling unnecessarily. What should i do?

Just tell the co-worker that this is not the time right now, you are very busy with company business but you would be glad to have lunch with her and then you would be able to have a few minutes to visit and talk about non-work related things. Hope this helps.

Ask her out, or tell her to get you some coffee.
