Three Pepsi's and an onion bagel. I was in college, and I was thirsty-- one can at home, one in the car, another at school. Got to campus late, (I never ate breakfast at home), and the only thing left in the commuter commons was onion bagels...

I can't beat a 2 week old quarter pounder, sorry. And that is just disgusting. Word up! I was at a funeral last week, for someone who died of ecoli.
And you stole my cold pizza answer. I haven't done that in over 48 hours now! lol It was BBQ chicken pizza if that helps. (Yeah, I need to take my own advice)
I remember college we had toast, bacon and eggs with beer once.
On vacation I have seen a buddy eat Cheddar cheese and pepsi for breakfast several days in a row. We were in the hotel and didn't make breakfast, and that's what we had in the room. I settled for in-room coffee.

Ingredients :
4ozChocolate, bitter
1/2cupShortening
2cupSugar
2xEgg, well beaten
2tspVanilla
2cupCake flour, sifted
2tspBaking powder
1tspSalt
1 1/2cupMilk
1cupNuts, chopped
FROSTING
2ozChocolate, bitter
1/2cupButter
1cupSugar, confectioners
1xEgg, well beaten
1tblVanilla
1tblLemon juice
1cupSugar, confectioners
1cupNuts, chopped
Method :
* Cake: Preheat oven to 375 F. Line three 9" layer cake pans with buttered parchment. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler; cool. Cream the shortening; gradually add the sugar and cream until fluffy. Add the egg yolks and vanilla; beat well. Reserve two tablespoons of flour. Sift the remainder of the flour with the baking powder and salt; add alternately with the milk to the creamed mixture. Beat the batter about one minute.
* Dredge the nuts in the reserved flour, then fold them into the mixture.
* Bake for 45 minutes, then cool the layers in the pans for ten minutes; turn out onto a wire rack to finish cooling. Frost.
* Frosting: Melt the chocolate in a double boiler; add the butter and one cup of confectioners' sugar, and beat well. Add the egg, vanilla, lemon juice and enough confectioners' sugar to give a proper spreading consistency. Add the nuts; spread the frosting on the cake.
Muesli with Soy (Nutlettes) and Baked Apples
Servings [Reset]
Keys : Breakfast Grains Vegan Vegetarian
Ingredients :
2tblRolled oats, (To 4 tbsp)
4tblNutlettes, *
1xApple, sliced
2tblRaisins, (To 4 tbsp) or other dried fruit, ie, apricots, craisins, dates
Cinnamon, to taste
Succant or brown sugar, optional **
1/2cupLite soy milk, ( To 1 cup) ***, or as much as desired, or skim milk or rice milk
Method :
* * Nutlettes are available from Dixie Diner (www.dixiediner.com)
* ** Go easy on the sweetening, and don't use any if using red delicious apples; the dried fruit will add enough sweetness
* *** The oats and Nutlettes will absorb the milk as the mixture sits. If you like it runny, use more milk.
* Core and slice the apple, then cut the slices in half. (You may peel it if you like, but I don't as most of the fiber is in the peel.) Arrange the apple slices, single layer, on a microwave safe plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon (fresh ground is best) and, optionally, a sweetener of choice.
* Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes until the apples are soft. (You may want to loosely cover the apples as they do splatter some.)
* Mix the dry oatmeal and Nutlettes in a cereal bowl. Stir in the raisins and the apple pieces. Cover with soy milk.
* You may eat right away, or let it sit for awhile so the oats and Nutlettes will soften in the milk. If you like it very soft, you could let it sit in the refrigerator over night and then eat it either cold or gently heated in the microwave.
Baked Potato with Poached Egg and Smoked Salmon
[Reset]
Keys : Egg Breakfast Brunch Potatoes Tubers Root Vegetable Fish
Ingredients :
1/2cupSour cream
3tblSnipped chives
2tblWhite wine
Salt to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
4lrgEggs
4lrgJust-baked potatoes
4ozSmoked salmon julienned
GARNISH
Snipped chives
Finely-diced red onion
Caviar
(such as Sevruga, Osetra or Beluga)
Method :
* In a small bowl combine sour cream, chives and white wine; season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.
* In a shallow saucepan or skillet bring 2 inches cold water and vinegar to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat until water simmers gently. Break eggs, one at a time, into a ramekin or coffee cup. Holding ramekin as close as possible to water, gently slip egg into water. Poach eggs 3 minutes for very soft-cooked, 5 minutes for medium-soft. Using a slotted spoon, scoop out eggs. If necessary, gently pat dry with paper towels.
* Slice open top of baked potatoes and squeeze. Top with the eggs and criss-cross salmon strips over. Using a squeeze bottle or a teaspoon, drizzle sour cream sauce over salmon and around potatoes. Garnish decoratively with chives, onion and caviar and serve immediately.
* This recipe yields 4 servings.

Spaghetti from two months before... it was preserved by a lot of spices and a very cold fridge. I was fine afterwards, but I wouldn't recommend it.
