i had my first date with my boyfriend in London and we went to Hampstead Heath and is was SO romantic....We had coffee and walked for ages and really got to know each other.....perfect, please do it, I promise you it will be great..... good luck

I'm a big kid and think that having abit of a mess around is a great way to get to know each other.
Try something cool like strawberry picking, racing rubber ducks down a stream, crazy golf, Crab fishing. Getting on some wellies and waterproofs, taking a walk and jumping in some puddles. Feeding the ducks, Baking some biscuits or cakes together.
Or if you think these are totally crazy ideas, i recommend some kind of activity where you are involved in doing something so you don't get awkward silences but where you can chat and have fun at the same time like iceskating, going on a boating lake.

London Eye, London Dungeons, Vivendi (museum of wine), Natural History Museum (dinosaurs and the blue whale - very cool), Blue Bird Cafe Kings Road, Zap Zone/Quasar - any good leisure complex, Spa day at the Sanctuary (have to go on a mixed sex day - usually only women) Kew gardens,.... or maybe just the pub. Jim Morrisons bottom of New Kings Road Fulham - great pub, great Thai food and you can buy everything (including the chairs) in it.

go to the zoo,dungeons,hyde park,art museum,science museum,camden...loads to see and talk about and then covent garden for food/drink and loads to see coz its really nice there...have a nice time ;0)
