MY FAVORITE IS THE TEQUILA MOJITO
8 fresh mint leaves
1 1/2 tablespoons superfine granulated sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 1/2 oz Casa Noble tequila
1/3cup chilled sparkling water
Using back of a spoon, crush mint with sugar and lime juice in a short glass. Half fill glass with ice and add tequila. Top off drink with sparkling water and stir well.

I'm fairly accustomed to the incredible mojito. I had my first 6 years ago in a Cuban restaurant in S.F. that has since been closed. They are incredible when they're made properly, only great when they're lacking. You're not likely to get one at your corner bar. They do require fresh mint, powdered sugar and a muddler. My being a connoisseur of liquor, commonly known as a lush means I have these items on hand for just such an occasion.
They're decadent and meant for warm summer nights by the water. Enjoy!

Yes mojito is very good. I tried a few a couple days ago and wow, I really like it. It has a different kinda taste don't you think?

I like mint, I like lime, but I've never been a big fan of the mojito.

I drink them all the time....their amazing but you have to make this drink properly: White Rum, 7up or Gingerale, Fresh limes, Fresh mint, a teaspoon of sugar.......enjoy!

Oh yes!!If the rum is white(Havana club pref.),the sugar brown and the limes and peppermint fresh it's the absolute summer cocktail

Yes, I love it. We always make it especially during summer so refreshing and prefer sweet rose water syrup in it.

YUMMM...it's one of my favorite drinks. it's better with fresca rather than sprite.
