This is a good book.
I learned that happiness is achievable goal. If you want to be happy you will find the way to be. Happiness in within us, it's not a place or a person is a state of mind which all of us should practice and achieve.
The purpose of our existence is to seek happiness is and in the book and I truly believe that this is the right way to go. If we are not happy our life looks like a disaster. We can find lots of way to live our day with a smile.

I have not read it. I know my own formula of happiness - to be a mom after many years of childless marriage.
