my ex-wife moved and didn't send me her new address for me to keep in touch with my daughter. her landline is out of service and she has a new cell phone number. basically i have no way to stay in touch since i am in england

You should have visitation priviledges. Since you're divorced, you should have lawyers, have yours call hers and insist on fulfilling your rights to visitation and contact.
