should it matter if a 13 year old girl is going out with a 17 year old boy?? Is it right?? Is he TOOO old?? please help me !?!?!

It does matter, it's not a question of should it or shouldn't it. A 13 year old girl or boy have no business with a 17 year old. Is it right? It depends if you are snicking around. If you are, why?
Talk to you parents or a counselor. They can better explain the reason(s) you should not be in this relationship.
You will get hurt physically, psychologically and emotionally. Despite being 13, you don't know everything and your 17 year old boyfriend is to stupid to teach you.

are you the 13 year old, if so then your answer is: GOD YES GIRL!!! get away from that boy.
If not then find that boy and that boy's parent and have them meet the 13 year old parent and say to that boy "keep that boy way till she turn 18", He can wait if he really "loves" her. but until then use the law against him. The law is on the girl's side.

the age of 17 is ok to date a 13 year old, i would recommend it but the age is right,untill he turns 18 then it should stop there...

i think it should matter because the 17 yr boy may want to do things that the 13 yr old is not ready for.

Been there, done that and he was WAY too old for me! I didn't know s h i t and he didn't treat me right at all! I'm lucky I didn't sleep with him!

yes cuz in one year the boy will be 18 and too old to date her and if he continues to date her it will be illegal

yeah...soon or late he'll be attracted to the girls of his age(when he's 18 or 19) and begins to treat u as a kid and at that age they are so much tasting different things...and girls at ur age are very sensitive and would be hurt indefinitely...
