I'm basically looking for something new to eat in the "meat" category. I'm already eating grilled chicken, and turkey burgers, as well as some shrimp. I'm not really a big fish eater, and was wondering what else I could eat that is good for you and has some substance?

You should make sure you eat breakfast such as cereal ( Special K) with soy milk. Egg mixed with tomato, green pepper( egg whites less fattening) fried in olive oil served with whole wheat bread. Low fat yogurt such as Yoplait, Orange Juice. etc
If you grave carbs as snack, you can eat Sun CHIPS, which are corn chips with whole wheat. It is less fattening than Potato chips. Fruits and vegetables are probably the most important part of weight loss because portion control is not limited. WATER,WATER, WATER. Instead of drinking sodas and concentrated juices, I have started to eat fruit while I am drinking water. It is very important to ask what is in the food and how is it prepared when you eat out. Don't be afraid to try vegetarian meals such as tofu/ bean curd. You can get it at chinese or other asian eateries. it can be cooked in such a way that you think you are eating chicken.Chipotle's food is pretty healthy in moderation if you like mex. Also, if you can, cook more for yourself or learn to cook. Stay away from fast food joints.

Lowest cholesterol level in any animal, 85 % of bones edible.And if it's caught wild, only eat plants.

You should try eating fish, especially oily fish.

Venison is a good meat also.

I'm a firm believer in anything that is baked is healthy and good for your diet! Chicken, fish, lean pork as well as lean beef are all good health foods! Green leafy vegetables are also good as well as fruit!
