Oh yes. To what extent, would depend on the wattage of your sub, AND the size of your amp- but you would have no troubles hearing. Just make sure you mount it facing forward for the best effect

No, because the first time you turned it on, some big guy with an axe would come out of the nearest house and deliver a mighty blow to your prized speakers. People do tend to get ticked off when they can't hear the tv in their living room because of somebody in the street who thinks everybody needs to hear his/her woofer.

Yea, you can hear it. So can anyone next to you. How big is the cab? If you have the room install them there or get smaller subs. They make sub boxes for trucks.

Depends on your setup
Type of amplifier(s)
Type and gauge of wire
Capacitors and rating
How the speakers are wired, series/parallel
Position of the speakers - forward/rear facing
Type of enclosure
You may hear/feel something.

Sure you would, but you might as well hire a friend with big subs to tailgate you when you drive because it will sound the same.
