I'll give some way to keep on it , and its really helps, first thing in the morning take a glass of warm water and put a full table spoon of an apple vinegar, then have it,this will help you to cut off the fats on your body, then just go out for joggging for at least 1 to 2 hours, when you come back have a glass of carrot juice, then after shower you can have your tea or coffee, and for your lanch meal and dinner cut off all the oily foods and junky foods, also dont forget to have 3pcs of garlic avery after meal, it will help you to cut correstrol in your body, so try this way for just 1 month and you'll see the results, and you'll really beleive me for sure.

If any one of these people had the absolute correct answer they would be billionaires.
Everyone is different.
Do you want to lose weight or replace fat with muscle?
Do you want to create a healthier body or a slimmer one?
Everyone knows that cutting down the intake of calories and stepping up the burning off of calories is the only way to lose weight.
To achieve this more quickly, choose foods that require burning more calories in the digestion process than the foods contain.
Match that diet up with an exercise program that makes you burn up to 1,000 calories a day and you will slide down that scale.
I just wish I could follow my own advice.

There is no easy way to do it.
1. Start getting active.
2. Don't go on a diet, change your diet. Stop eating fried foods, and all the stuff that is TERRIBLE for you, start eating healthy foods like grilled chicken, fish, turkey, yogurt, veggies, fruits, etc.

jogging is the best way. its not necesarily the fastest. but its good for your heart and health all together unlike starving yourself. unless you want to look ugly like lindsey lohan, dont starve yourself. try jogging a mile or 2 every night before you go to bed, then step it up every week or so if you can handle it. a good way to gain fat is to eat before you go to bed, you should eat no later than 2 hours before you go to bed, this way your metabolism has time to digest the food. jogging will also raise your metabolism, meaning less stored fat :-)

Heroin. Ride the snake!
Seriously though there are no quick fixes here that's healthy. You have to put in the work, but it makes it all so good when you achieve your goal.
