I have a BMI of 26 and a waist to hip ratio of 90%. I would like to lose another 7 lbs in order to achieve a BMI of 25 before the start of the ski season.

I do not need to lose any more weight, but I am able at the moment to focus clearly on this goal without distraction. It would seem such a waste not to take advantage of my current situation.
