I take Celebrex and do streaching exercises but there not helping.

Degenerative arthritis is the "wear and tear" arthritis. I had to have the inside half of my left knee replaced due to the joint space narrowing and spurring. Try Calcium and vitamin D and vitamin A.

I have the same thing only in my hip and the spurs.......i'm gonna have to have surgery for a total hip replacement.......i think you probably need to get those bone spurs taken out and that would help alot.

i have arthritis in my left knee and i couldn't believe how painful it is when i first started having it,i have tried different things just plain aspirin seems to help and doesn't have the weird effects on me that other things do.also aspercreme right on the spot of pain.
