4 large cups. I take mine with skim milk and splenda. And bring me a pop tart while you're at it.

Serious answer: between 1-4 cups a day (ok, not all at once). Only fresh ground coffee is healthy, because it reduces the chances of alzheimer's disease. Also, don't drink decaf because the coffee has been processed in a way that causes it to lose its health benefits.... contrary to what people believe, normal coffee is better than decaf.

Coffee dehydrates you so don't forget to dilute every cup of coffee you drink with two fresh glasses of water!

It's only good if it's Fair Trade!!!

The rich world really needs to start thinking about where thier money goes. The profiteers have been destroying jungle, and paying pennies on the dollar to the growers for coffee. The time for that to change is now. Read up, buy it where you can, and ask for it where you can't.
(disclaimer: this isn't spam, it's a discussion!)
Be well!

None is Good, Two coffees a day is too much. One coffee a day is tolerable but do realize you are not helping yourself and if you have high bllood pressure you are placing yourself at greater risk.

24 oucnes a day is good, if you don't load up on the sugar, creamer, etc. Coffee has a lot of antioxidants in it.

Anything under 700 cups per day should be acceptable, although reduce that to about 278 if you consume it through your eye.
